1. The application

Raccoon Factory is a private production and upload tool operated by the individual owner of the «Еноты на нервах» YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public multi-user service. This website explains the application; visiting it does not grant access to the production system or connect a Google account.

2. YouTube API Services

Raccoon Factory uses YouTube API Services. By using the application's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The integration must be used consistently with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. Raccoon Factory is an independent project and is not endorsed or certified by Google or YouTube.

3. Content, authorization and owner control

• Only connect a channel you own or are authorized to manage. Google authorization is required before the application accesses channel information or uploads content.
• Upload only content you are entitled to use. The owner is responsible for intellectual-property permissions, the accuracy of metadata, audience settings and any platform-required disclosures.
• Before an upload, the owner can review and edit the title, description and tags, and select its privacy setting. YouTube may impose additional visibility restrictions.
• Do not use the application for spam, misleading metadata, artificial engagement, unauthorized access or evasion of platform restrictions.
• After upload, use YouTube Studio to manage visibility, scheduling or deletion. A scheduled-publication feature is not provided by this informational website.

No rights to third-party content are granted by these terms. The owner remains responsible for reviewing generated production assets before use.

4. Availability and limits

The application depends on the owner's infrastructure and external services. Availability, API quotas, processing results and upload permissions may change. A completed upload does not guarantee public availability, discovery, views or monetization.

The project offers no paid website subscription or public account registration. Nothing on this site promises uninterrupted service or waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Privacy and withdrawing access

The Raccoon Factory Privacy Policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used and stored, retention rules, and how to request deletion.

Google access can be withdrawn at any time through Google Account third-party connections. The owner can also use the application's revoke procedure. Disconnecting the application stops that authorized connection; it does not remove videos already hosted by YouTube.
